The development, with site area of about 53,000s.m., provides about 260,000s.m. residential areas in 3,345 flats distributed in eight residential towers together with 2,728 carparks, a public transport interchange and Government, Institution, and Community (GIC) facilities. The development is carried out in two phases. The first phase consisting of four residential towers was completed in 2002. The remaining four residential towers were completed in 2005.
