Discovery Park is composed of twelve 40 storey high residential towers on three retail podium floors. The challenging part in designing this project is the requirement of accommodating a 30 metre wide nullah and a five lane higway flyover through the site.

The 43,000 s.m. retail podium is built around a 30-metre internal shopping street over the nullah while the towers are spread out to overlook a 10,000 s.m. landscaped deck.
