Wong & Ouyang is currently working on the phase one integrated resort in the central Quang Nam Province with approximately 1,000 lodging rooms in three branded hotels, a podium of gaming areas of approximately 90 table games, slot machine areas, residential villas and apartments along with a championship golf course, food and beverage, retails areas and a variety of leisure and entertainment facilities.

This new integrated resort and casino complex is to be constructed on a parcel of land of approximately 160 hectares for its first phase and the full resort casino is expected to occupy 985 hectares when complete. Total Phase one development area is approximately 270,000s.m., scheduled to open 2019.

The Project is located in the Central Coastal region of Vietnam, approx. 27 km south of Da Nang, 10 minutes from Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO world heritage site and one of the most popular tourist destinations.
