A 720-room deluxe hotel located along the waterfront of Tsimshatsui East. The hotel consists of 14 floors of guest rooms, two podium floors and four basements. Facilities in the hotel include a Grand Ballroom for 750 persons, four major restaurants; and nine function rooms.

The hotel was constructed with the top-down method of construction whereby the construction of 16-storey tower and podium took place
simultaneously with the excavation work for the basement after the caisson foundation was laid and the diaphragm wall built.

The Practice was also responsible for designing all the building services installation and hotel services.
