Situated in the new town area of Haining city where the city government seat has relocated to, the Haining residential development is part of a larger office, commercial, hotel and residential complex. The residential development is a mix of different residential building types that respond to the varying lifestyle needs of the residents.The building types range from houses, low-rise duplex blocks, mid-rise to high-rise apartment towers. 800 units vary in size from 100sm to 380sm, totaling 198,000sm. A clubhouse houses the banqueting facilities, sports facilities and children’s activity areas. These facilities have the possibility of extending to the outdoor landscaped spaces.
