Shatin City One is a self-contained residential development situated along Shing Mun River, consisting of 52 free- standing residential blocks of varying heights for a population of approximately 40,000. The complex is supported by two low-rise commercial centres in the centre of the development consisting of sports amenities, carparks, cinemas and restaurants. The entire development is interlinked by a network of pedestrian footbridges.
