West Kowloon Inland Lot No, 11262, XRL Project

XRL Topside Development is a commercial site atop the West Kowloon Terminus of the Hong Kong Section of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail link, one of the largest commercial land plot in recent years in terms of site area. The development will have a gross floor area of approximately 290,000 s.m. with 56,000 s.m. being retail area.

Because of its strategic location, the development will provide premium grade office premises and shopping mall areas atop the High-Speed Rail West Kowloon Terminus, endorsing its neighbouring areas and the West Kowloon Cultural District together. All these are set to turn the district into a commercial, retail, cultural, entertainment and transportation hub in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.

The project is now under construction and will be completed by 2026.
