The project comprises of a 21-storey shopping/office complex, strategically located at the prominent Orchard Road / Paterson Road junction right in the heart of the Orchard Road shopping/hotel district of Singapore. The five-storey podium and two basements are used for retail and car parking whilst the 16-storey Tower is for office use. Total area is 42,450s.m.

At the main entrance, a cone-shaped glass atrium was created to form an attractive landmark which gives identity to the complex. This glasscone also serves as a convered plaza leading into the various levels of the development.

Conceptual design has been carried out in conjunction with Kisho Kurokawa.
