Sue Ling is an Executive Director of Wong & Ouyang and has more than 30 years of experience. She is responsible for our current projects in Macau. She is currently involved in the Galaxy Lot 3 and Lot 4 developments in Cotai, mixed use developments consisting of entertainment, convention, retail and hotels. She was the Project Director of Galaxy Lot 1 Phase 2, an earlier integrated Gaming Resort development completed in 2015.

She has more than 10 years of experience working on projects in Macau. This includes the two casino development of Wynn, the Wynn Macau and Wynn Encore and the Four Seasons Serviced Apartments at the Plaza Macao (the Venetian Cotai development). Through her years of experience working in Macau, she is very conversant about fast track construction, managing design inputs from various design consultants concerning statutory compliance as well as building approval process in tandem with construction activities on site.

Apart from Macau projects, she is also the Project Director of the Hoiana Resort development at Hoi An, Vietnam, an integrated Gaming Resort development.Sue’s portfolio of projects also includes the residential developments, Starcrest at Wanchai, the Orchards at Quarry Bay and the HK Gold Coast residential developments in Tuen Mun.

Sue studied architecture in the US, is a HKIA member and a Registered Architect.
