Design & Build of Drainage Services Tower at Existing Cheung Sha Wan Pumping Station

The new Drainage Services Department Building (DSD Building) at Cheung Sha Wan Sewage Pumping Station is an innovative, fit for purpose, and integrated government office building which will accommodate the offices of the Drainage Service Department (DSD) upon completion and provides facilities for the joint-user, Social Welfare Department (SWD).

The DSD Building comprises 20-storey high towers with two office zones and 1-storey communal facilities with footbridge linkage to the roof garden atop of existing Cheung Sha Wan Pumping Station. Total Gross Floor Area and total Net Operational Floor Area (NOFA) of the proposed DSD Building are 31,000 s.m. and 18,500 s.m. respectively.
