Wong & Ouyang’s involvement with the Union Square development started in 1998 when appointed by a developer consortium of Wharf (Holdings) and Wheelock and Co. as Architect for the Package 2, Sorrento residential development. This would house 2,126 units ranging from 830s.f. to 2,700s.f., together with its own recreation facilities in the podium and some 1,270 car park spaces.
