Taikoo Place

Taikoo Place, developed by Swire Properties in Quarry Bay, stands as one of Hong Kong Island East’s premier commercial hubs. Seamlessly integrated via elevated, air-conditioned footbridges and connected to the Quarry Bay MTR Station, Cityplaza, and the Taikoo Shing residential area, the campus forms one of the largest commercial, residential, leisure, and entertainment complexes in the region.

One Taikoo Place

Representing the modern evolution of the campus, One Taikoo Place occupies a prime site featuring dominant frontages to Victoria Harbour to the north and green views of Taikoo Square to the south.

• Scale & Layout: A Grade A tower offering 41 office floors, 3 podium floors, and 2 basement carpark levels, with a total GFA of 94,800 s.m. (approx. 2,200 s.m. per floor). It features a 16m window-to-core depth and a 3-metre module curtain wall.
• Provisions & Sustainability: Built with raised flooring, modular ceilings (3m clear height), PV panels, a bio-diesel tri-generation system, and state-of-the-art air conditioning with free cooling.

One Island East

A landmark skyscraper comprising 140,000 s.m. of office space, housing major international financial and corporate tenants such as DBS Bank, Citibank, J.P. Morgan, Zurich, and Ernst & Young.

• Key Milestones: Marked the completion of the continuous elevated pedestrian pathway linking Taikoo Place directly to Taikoo Shing.
• Innovation: Ranked among the first five office buildings in Hong Kong to utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) for structural coordination and facility management.

Cambridge House

A distinctive 36-storey hexagonal office tower positioned with its main entrance facing King’s Road, creating an iconic landmark for the Quarry Bay district.

• Scale: Features a total GFA of 25,162 s.m. with an efficient floor plate of approximately 780 s.m.
• Infrastructure: Outfitted with cutting-edge building services and advanced communication technologies.

Oxford House

Rising 41 storeys high at the east end of its site boundary, Oxford House offers uninterrupted views of Victoria Harbour and features a grand forecourt entry under a self-supporting glass canopy leading into a 12-meter double-height glass lobby.

• Scale: Total GFA of 46,600 s.m. with typical floor plates of 1,200 s.m. and 5 basement levels accommodating 180 cars.
• Connectivity & Tech: Linked via a glass bridge to adjacent structures. Standard provisions include 12 high-speed lifts across 3 zones, raised floor systems, 18-zone DDC/VAV air conditioning, and fiber-optic block wiring.

Lincoln House

Regarded as the “jewel” and “gateway” of Taikoo Place, this 24-storey tower commands prominent views of Victoria Harbour and connects directly to the pedestrian network toward Quarry Bay MTR and Taikoo Shing.

• Design & Finish: Features clear anodized aluminium cladding, solar-reflective heat-absorbing glazing, granite lobby floors, and custom glass sculptures.
• Scale & Recognition: Total GFA of 32,000 s.m. (1,450 s.m. typical floor) with 160 parking spaces. Notably, it was the first building in Hong Kong to earn an “Excellent” rating under HK BEAM.

Dorset House & PCCW Tower

A major twin-tower development providing a combined GFA of 116,000 s.m.. and 400 basement parking spaces across 4 levels.

• PCCW Tower (Hong Kong Telecom Tower): A 43-storey office tower with a floor plate of ~1,500 s.m..
• Dorset House: A companion 40-storey office tower featuring a similar floor plate configuration.

FWD Tower (formerly Devon House)

A 30-storey Grade A office building representing one of the core foundational towers in the Taikoo Place campus.

• Scale: Total GFA of approximately 75,000 s.m., supported by 4 basement levels of carparking.
