Westlake 66

Westlake 66 is a comprehensive project includes 5 offices towers, a Mandarin Hotel and a approximate 100,000 s.m. retail shopping mall, with a 5-storey basement carpark and a 4-storey podium retails. The project is located at GongShu District of Hangzhou, adjoining TiYuChang Road、BaiJingFang Road and DaZhiNong, with YeSuTong Nong runs through the project from east to west. There are also 2 preserved historical buildings and a Song Yuan Relic situated within the site.

Westlake 66 is developed by Henglung Property Limited, is one of their prestigious retails brand series “66”. Wong & Ouyang as Executive Architect and KPF as concept designer. The project was commenced in 2018, with retail shopping mall soft opening in April 2026.

Westlake 66 is an urban redevelopment project, which enhance the retails and shopping atmosphere of the existing Wulin Square retail cluster, improving the surrounding environment, and help to preserve and display the historical buildings and relics to the public.
