The proposed development comprises five residential towers of varying heights, one 280m tall iconic commercial tower, an elliptical shaped structure housing Government Offices and a multi purpose hall and a multi storey shopping mall.

Landscaped open spaces feature extensively in the design including an enlarged Yue Man Square and adjoining Civic Square. Other design features include pedestrianised shopping streets and an all weather public transport interchange. This transport interchange has 2 levels for franchised buses and public mini buses with convenient footbridge linkages from all of the Kwun Tong area. It also connects through a pedestrian deck to the MTR Kwun Tong Station across the road, forming an important transportation hub serving approximately 600,000 residents in the region.
