Susan Leung has over 36 years experience in architectural practice. She joined Wong & Ouyang in 1997 and has been involved in many residential and institutional developments undertaken by practice. Susan specializes in large and complicated projects like Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre Atrium Link Extension completed in 2009. She was the Project Director of more recently completed high-end residential and hotel projects like No. 8 Mount Nicholson Road and The Murray. She was the Design Director of Public Housing Development in Queen’s Hill of over 12,000 flats with PTI, community hall cum social welfare facilities and retail centre. Susan is currently working on Residential Developments at Mansfield Road, The Peak and The Headland Residences, Chai Wan.

 

Susan graduated from University of Hong Kong, is a Fellow HKIA member, a Registered Architect and an Authorized Person. She serves as Member of the Green Building Faculty of HKGBC in Community Aspect and Site Aspect Expert Panels since 2015 and also is an Elected Director of BEAM Society Limited in 2023.
