Chuck Ng is a Director at Wong & Ouyang with over 30 years of local and international architectural experience, specializing in healthcare facilities and large-scale institutional developments. Exceptionally knowledgeable in cutting-edge medical technologies and modern institutional building practices, Chuck brings strategic technical foresight to complex, multi-phased architectural programs. His design leadership spans advanced oncology suites, surgical facilities, ambulatory care centers, and high-complexity diagnostic imaging centers.

 

Since joining Wong & Ouyang in 2009, Chuck has led the successful planning and delivery of over 600,000 m² of major healthcare and institutional projects. His landmark portfolio in Hong Kong includes the United Christian Hospital Expansion Project, Chinese Medicine Hospital, CUHK Medical Centre, HKBH Ambulatory Medical Centre, H Zentre, HKUST Research Building 2, and the West Kowloon Law Court Building. He currently oversees medical planning for key developments, including Our Lady of Maryknoll Hospital, Union Hospital, and the SKM Health Centre.

 

Prior to joining Wong & Ouyang, Chuck developed an extensive global portfolio leading high-profile healthcare institutions across the United States, United Kingdom, and the Middle East, including NYU Medical Center, Duke University Medical Center, Royal London Hospital, and Sheikh Khalifa Specialist Hospital.

 

Chuck studied architecture at New York’s Pratt Institute. He is a Registered Architect in Hong Kong and New York, a Class 1 Registered Architect in the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone, a member of HKIA and AIA, and a LEED Accredited Professional. He is also certified as a CCBM and HKIA BIM Pro.
